Call for Doctoral Symposium and Early Career Track
The 27th IEEE International Symposium on Cluster, Cloud, and Internet Computing (CCGrid 2027) invites participants to submit original and unpublished work to the CCGrid 2027 Doctoral Symposium and Early Career Track.
Contributions may include preliminary approaches and results, novel work in progress, or a review of the recent state of the art. Submissions are welcome in all areas aligned with the CCGrid 2027 technical topics described in the Call for Conference Research Papers.
Eligibility
Eligibility for the CCGrid 2027 Doctoral Symposium and Early Career Track requires first authors to satisfy one of the following criteria:
- Doctoral students enrolled in a doctoral degree program at an academic institution.
- Early-career researchers within four years of their Ph.D. graduation, with an official degree awarded in December 2022 or later.
Exceptional circumstances, such as parental leave or caregiving responsibilities, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

- Submitted manuscripts should be structured as technical papers and may not exceed four letter-size (8.5 × 11 inch) pages, including references, figures, and tables, using the IEEE conference template.
- Author and reviewer anonymity: All submissions must be single-blind. Manuscripts should include sufficient detail to facilitate thorough review and serve as a reference for future research.
- Track selection: Authors should select the “IEEE CCGrid 2027 Doctoral Symposium and Early Career Track” to ensure correct assignment, as multiple technical tracks are open concurrently.
- Review criteria: Manuscripts will be judged on novelty, technical strength, correctness, presentation quality, and relevance to conference attendees.
- Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
