CCGRID-2027-Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

CCGrid is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment that supports the open exchange of ideas and respectful discussion. All participants—including attendees, speakers, organizers, volunteers, and sponsors—are expected to follow the IEEE Code of Conduct. Participants must treat others fairly and respectfully and respect their privacy. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, and unwelcome sexual attention are not tolerated. This commitment applies regardless of age, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics. These expectations apply throughout the conference, including workshops, tutorials, social events, and conference-related online interactions. Retaliation against anyone who reports misconduct is also prohibited. If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, please contact the General Chairs or a conference organizer with whom you feel comfortable speaking. Reports will be handled with sensitivity and respect for the privacy of those involved. Anyone asked to stop inappropriate behavior must comply immediately. Participants who violate these standards may receive a warning or be removed from the conference without a refund, at the discretion of the conference organizers.
