We are pleased to announce that our proposal on “Cloud-based video streaming” has received funding support from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The funding will support research at HPCC lab. for one year— from September 2016 to September 2017. The support is in form of AWS credit for $4500 that enables us to use all Amazon Cloud services for free up to this amount. HPCC lab. members will have the opportunity to use this funding to evaluate their research results under real-world settings.
We believe that this is a significant achievement within the HPCC lab and will enable us to conduct a more impactful research. It will also provides a solid case study for our future funding proposals.
